Robot Reveal Chapel

This last Friday, February 16th, we had our annual Robot Reveal Chapel! We all gathered in the gym at 8:05, so the elementary could be there with us. Three of our team members led our worship service. John, a senior and an exchange student, led singing, Theo, a freshman, delivered our message, and David, a junior, prayed. All three of them are on the build team. After our service, Coach Jones took over. He played this year’s FRC game animation so the school could understand why we built the robot like we did. After the video, the Pre-K had made a robot of their own for PowerUp. It was made of cardboard, and it even had LEDs! Way to go Pre-K! After the Pre-K revealed their robot, it was time to reveal ours. We went through the game, with our new drive team. There were a few technical problems, but it’s all been fixed and we’re ready to compete! The build team worked so hard on our robot for this season, and they did an amazing job! We can’t wait to show everyone at Rock City our robot and win it too!

Our school was happy to see this year's robot. The rest of FIRST world will need to wait a few more days!

We love our sponsors!
